Meet The Doctors

Dr. Carrie Oswald, DC, CSCS

Dr. Carrie was born in Humboldt, Iowa, but lived many places during her childhood including Nebraska, the Azores, South Carolina, Florida and Minnesota.  Her family ultimately settled here in Blaine where she graduated from Blaine High School.  Dr. Carrie received her Bachelors degree in Exercise Science from the University of Minnesota, Duluth in 1998.  After graduating she became certified as a personal trainer through the National Strength and Conditioning Association and worked at Northwest Athletic Club for several years.  In 2003, Dr. Carrie began chiropractic school at Northwestern Health Sciences University and earned her Doctorate of Chiropractic in 2006.

Dr. Scott and Dr. Carrie married in 2005 and have two children, who have been a true blessing in their lives. They love to watch them learn and discover new things everyday. 

When Dr. Carrie is not working she loves to spend time with her daughters, family, and friends.  She enjoys working out, snowboarding, traveling, and spending time at the lake during the summer.

Dr. Scott Oswald, DC, ATC, CES

Born in St. Paul, Minnesota, Dr. Scott grew up in Thunder Bay, Canada
and returned to Minnesota to graduate from Two Harbors High
School.  He received his Bachelor of Science degree from the
University of Minnesota-Twin Cities where he specialized in Athletic
Training and had the honor of working with the Gopher's best
athletes.  Shortly after graduating from the U of M, Dr. Oswald became a
Corrective Exercise Specialist through the National Academy of
Sports Medicine and has now worked as a personal trainer since 1999.  While working as a personal trainer at Northwest Athletic
Club, he enrolled to become a chiropractor and graduated from
Northwestern Health Sciences University in 2006.

Dr. Oswald's background and experience working in sports medicine and physical therapy settings has lent to his expertise in diagnosing and treating a wide variety of musculoskeletal  injuries and has molded his style of in depth analysis and integrative approach to treatment.
